Purchase $500+

Purchase at least $500 of eligible Central Life Sciences grain protection products from an approved CLS distributor or retailer.

Step 2
Submit Your Rebate

Complete the rebate submission form below. Proof of purchase, distributor invoices and a valid W-9 are required.

Step 3
Get Your Check

Once validated, receive your cash back earnings in the form of a check. Allow 6–8 weeks for rebate processing.
